How the 30-Day Program Works
1. System Assessment
Using Slack, we review your goals, comfort with technology, equipment, space, and connectivity, and provide any necessary equipment recommendations.
2. Guided Setup Session
During a two-hour Zoom session we connect and configure your equipment, place microphones, set audio levels, and test recordings and livestreams.
3. Setup Handbook
You receive a step-by-step reference showing how to connect your equipment, start your system, set levels, record, livestream, and shut down safely.
4. Follow-Up Call
After using the system, we refine sound quality, simplify your workflow, fix any issues, and adjust the setup for your instruments and space..
5. Livestream Check
Before your first livestream or paid session, we run a final check over the system, verify levels, and address any technical issues.
6. Ongoing Support
You have direct access over 30 days via Slack for questions, troubleshooting, adjustments, and session preparation.
